Fenjiu, a traditional Chinese famous wine, is a typical representative of mild liquor and spirits. Produced at the village of Xinghuacun village, Fenyang County, Shanxi province, Fenjiu is also known as “Xinghuacun Village Wine” Erguotou. 

Fenjiu, famous for its exquisite workmanship, long history, soft mouth, sweet taste, lingering aroma and long aftertaste, enjoys high popularity, reputation and loyalty among consumers at home and abroad. With a long history of about 4,000 years, Fenjiu has been through three brilliant periods of development. 1500 years ago, in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, Fenjiu, as the imperial wine, was highly recommended by the Emperor Wucheng of the Northern Qi Dynasty. 

Thus, Fenjiu was recorded in Twenty-Four Histories, making Fenjiu famous. Known as the earliest national wine and national treasure, Fenjiu is the crystallization of ancient Chinese working people’s wisdom and labor.
